Before You Book
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every participant must complete a liability waiver before their session. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf before participating.
What is the age requirement?
Participants must be at least 10 years old. Guests under 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian and may require adult supervision depending on age.
(Update the minimum age if your policy is different.)
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. We provide all required safety equipment, including a hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses.
What if I'm late?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to complete check-in and your safety briefing. Late arrivals may have reduced session time or require rescheduling depending on availability.

Our 30- and 45-minute sessions also include an optional guided worksheet to help you focus your release before entering the room.
Can I bring my own music?
Absolutely. Every rage room includes a Bluetooth speaker, so you're welcome to connect your own playlist and create the atmosphere that helps you release.
Can more than one person participate?
Yes. Sacred Rage welcomes individuals, couples, friends, families, and small groups. Group size limits may vary depending on the room and session.
Safety
Is Sacred Rage safe?
Yes. Safety is our highest priority. Every participant receives a safety briefing before entering the rage room, and all required protective equipment is provided.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant?
For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate in rage room sessions.
Can I participate if I've been drinking or using drugs?
No. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. This policy is in place to ensure everyone's safety.
What happens if I intentionally damage the room or equipment?
Participants are expected to use only the designated breakable items. Intentional damage to the building, safety equipment, or off-limits property may result in additional charges.
